  • HOW WILL I SEND MY GOODS TO WE DRESS OFFICE?
    Once the photographs are approved, we recommend you to kindly pack the items properly and send it to our Corporate Office. Or if you‘re not able to send it, we can arrange for a courier on a prepaid basis. This amount of Courier charge will be added on the sale/rent of the product & will be credited back to you.
  • ARE THERE ANY RESTRICTIONS ON WHAT CAN BE LISTED?
    Rentofit exists to allow users to tap into their under-utilised high-end designer clothing, therefore most designer dresses, outerwear and accessories are accepted, provided they meet the following criteria: Minimum MRP (Recommended Retail Price) is above Rs. 1000.00. The item is in excellent condition. The following are not able to be listed: Items with an MRP below Rs.1000.00. Items in poor condition. Items with noticeable stains, pulls or tears. Item infringes on the copyright of any person including fake designer goods. Rentofit reserves the right to remove listings in their sole discretion.
  • HOW MUCH DO I MAKE?
    RENTOFIT is commission based, meaning RENTOFIT sells your stuff and splits the profit with you. Depending on the overall value of the Product, you will typically make anywhere between 30% to 50% of the value of your product. The amount set by the We dress is all-inclusive and covers everything that makes the sale possible: ​ Item research Professional item photography Handling buyer inquiries Payment processing Packing and shipping each item
  • MY DRESS HAS RETURNED DAMAGED - WHAT DO I DO?
    If your item has been returned damaged, WEDRESS will work with you to have you reimbursed for the cost of either repair or replacement. We always recommend that you take pictures of your items before sending it to us. So you have an accurate record of when damage was sustained. In fact our Quality Team, will also check for any defects after being received from your end & from the Lender.
  • HOW ARE THE GARMENTS CLEANED, INCLUDING TO PREVENT THE SPREAD OF COVID?
    Rentofit makes sure that the quality of the product you receive is always top-notch. Each product undergoes a well-integrated hygiene process after it comes back from a customer and a quality check before it is sent out to our next customer. Our products then go through an intensive cleaning process (wet-cleaning or dry-cleaning, depending on their fabric). Once cleansed of all odours, spots and stains, we sterilise each product with steam, iron them out and send them back to the stock-house to be stored. Once we receive the next order for the dress, we run a quality check prior to sending it out, send you a confirmation text about it, pack it in our special box and ship it out! We hand-deliver each box so it incurs no damage even during transit. Rest assured, We Dress keeps quality and hygiene as top priorities so whatever you receive from us will definitely be as good as new! Our cleaning agents and practices are designed to kill virus such as the common cold and flu. Based on current guidance ,we have no reason to believe that our process are ineffective against COVID-19.
  • WILL I BE GIVEN ANY UNIQUE ID?
    Yes, you will be given a unique ID no. for all your future references and correspondences.
  • WHAT IF AN ITEM DOESN'T SELL?
    Rentofit intends to sell every item in the lot! However, in the unlikely event that an item doesn’t sell in 90 days, in that case We Dress will offer you 2 options Have the item couriered back to you . Reduce prices and extend the selling period .
  • HOW SHOULD I PACK MY ITEM?
    Please pack your designer items with care and attention – to minimise the risk of damage or creasing. We recommend you to send us the products properly Dry-cleaned (in case of Used Products).
  • AM I ABLE TO SELL MY ITEMS RATHER THAN HIRE?
    Of course! All listings are able to have a ‘Buy Now’ option filled in, whereby you include the price for which you would be willing to sell the item. Please only include a Buy Now price on your item if you are willing to sell.

    You can sell designer and name branded clothes. Items that could be sold/rent are-MENS WEAR – Sherwani,Suits,Jackets,Blazers,PULLOVERS,TIES,Synthetic Shirts, ,WaistCoats,Nehru Jacket. WOMEN WEAR – GOWNS,LEHENGAS,SAREES, SUITS,KURTI,TOPS ,JACKETS, PULLOVERS,MATERNITY WEAR Kids wear – PARTY WEAR DRESSES & SUITS, SEASONAL WEAR All items must be in very good condition, smoke and smell-free, and without stains or rips.
  • IS IT POSSIBLE TO RENT DESIGNER ITEMS ALL OVER INDIA?
    Yes, but for now, we’ll be providing the services to Kanpur City only – we are a national marketplace and you can borrow and lend designer items from all over INDIA. As a user you must take into consideration the interstate timing factor in relation to delivery times.

  • CAN I SEND IN PICTURES OF CLOTHES ON HANGERS?
    Yes , you can send the pictures with clothes on hangers but the best way to help with this is to show how the clothes fit and hang on a real person. Plus, your items will always look better on you so it will increase the likelihood of it being rented. You can use pictures from events where you’ve worn the items – so start looking through all those Facebook and Instagram pictures. The following photos are unacceptable: Photos with multiple people in it. This is confusing for Borrowers to know which dress is actually available. Photos of your dress on floor, rack etc.
  • WHAT IS THE ‘TRY-ON’ PRICE FOR?
    Many borrowers wishes to make sure that the item is absolutely perfect for their upcoming event before they put through a hire request – therefore we have a ‘Try-On’ option. Therefore, we’ve a Studio, where we’ll be keeping your products & if the consumer wishes to try the product before Renting. They can avail this facility.
  • WHEN DO I GET PAID?
    Once the transaction of Sales / Rent is complete & there is no return from the end user. We dress will be crediting you the amount in your bank account . This will take maximum 7-10 days after the Transaction is completed. Regarding the transaction, Vendor will be informed via email & message. We’ll be crediting your amount in your bank account( as per the details given by you) .
